Selfishly, we designed this box because it is about what our family of 4 will go through on a 2-3 week basis. We usually do a roast every week or two, tacos or enchiladas at least once a week, and burgers on the grill. And we'll often treat ourselves with a nice steak with a reverse sear on the cast iron. Individually sourced at the grocery store, this would cost $170–$200+.
