beef the way it was meant to be

100% American Beef

Every animal that we raise is born and raised on one of our Georgia farms. The supply chain starts at Marble Creek Farms and ends at Marble Creek Farms. No middle men. No international shipping. No auction-cattle. We control the beginning and the end, which is the only way to 100% trust where that beef comes from (we are working on QR codes and blockchain technology to improve that).

Grass vs Grain-Finished

Everyone has different flavor profiles they like and preferences on how to cook beef. Grass-finished requires a "low and slow" method, whereas grain-finished provides a little more grace when cooking. A reverse-sear on grass-finished steak is Blake's personal favorite.

Breeding Advantage

Utilizing a 3-way cross between Gelbvieh, Angus (Black and Red), and Akaushi (Red Wagyu), this allows the optimal genetic diversity for heterosis. Gelbvieh has growth, Angus has feed efficiency, and Akaushi has marbling excellence.

Flavor + Nutrition

Compared to conventional, industrial beef, local beef raised on pasture tends to result in high quality steaks, roasts, and ground beef products. High in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and omega-3's, there is a reason more people are going to local beef suppliers.

In today's world, the global economy is fully interconnected and our food supply chain is no different. Much of our beef comes from inside the US, however we import a lot more than most realize. At Marble Creek Farms, all of our beef is born, raised, and finished on our farms.

At Marble Creek Farms, we offer a variety of bulk beef boxes as well as individual cuts. We understand that not everyone has the space for a big freezer, so we've designed subscription boxes to help families get high quality beef right off the farm.

Bulk Buying

Buying in bulk with family or friends is one of the best ways to get high premium beef at an incredible price. Usually for the same price per pound of ground beef at the store, you can get an entire beef in your freezer for around the same price per pound. An incredible value!
